I think you should comment on the title of your blog. What it means and why you chose that title, and why you chose to put it in French. I think that will give readers a good glimpse into who you are and what you like.
I agree with Andrew. The title is a good jumping off point since you'll have to go into some details about the French. Just tell about yourself. Or just start blogging like you're writing in a journal and the readers will get to know you eventually as they read each post.
